Lower Extremity Self Wrapping Instruction

Provided are the links for self wrapping for the lower extremity. The video is in two parts and covers step by step instructions to wrap from the toes to the knee. Wrapping in this fashion is best for venous congestion/edema, lymphedema that is confined to below the knee, and in some cases for congestive heart failure (as cleared by a physician before compression begins).

As always, be sure to be seen by a qualified healthcare professional or trusted physiotherapist to be sure you are appropriate to be compressed and for formal instruction to ensure maximum safety!
